After years of working within recruitment and sales a realisation of how many people lack knowledge of how to carry out sales to maximise profits. I decided change had to happen.

Now I use my sales and recruitment business knowledge to guide people in how to close clients, negotiate and increase profits. I furthermore share my knowledge on how to start your own recruitment company as I did many years ago. 

Effective sales is a fundamental part of any business, knowing how to effectively grow sales will be the difference between a company that sees extensive growth and one that doesn't.

Why?

Often I'm asked why sales, why developing business. It's a skill I believe has become massively scarce overtime. It's a skill that isn't taught in school, college or university though is probably key to the success of any business.  So now I teach sales as well as recruitment, sales which can be a need in any sector and if you don't know what to do then I teach recruitment which may be the way out you need. 

Sales is a part of any business structure though many people want to believe emails are taking over that isn't where relationships are built. Long term relationships are built over the phone so it's time to learn how that's done. Recruitment is a business model which is growing year on year, the recruitment industry alone is worth 40 billion so it's about time the average person takes advantage of this.
